Dr. Mugambi Laibuta is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Information Privacy Manager. He advises public institutions, businesses, international organisations, civil society and academic institutions on privacy, data protection, AI governance and technology compliance, and teaches Legal Writing and Legislative Drafting at the Kenya School of Law.
