We have another Data Protection Bill in circulation. This one has been drafted by the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology. My view is that the ICT Ministry and Senate should have one Data Protection Bill for debate. Duplication of efforts and drafts only works to water down final content. I shall however review the draft and post my comments on this website.
